Forgot your password

Passwords are reset by the clinic owner, in person, not by email.

1. Step 1. Ask Doc Jam or Von for a reset

   In the clinic, or on 0947 101 2784. Say who you are and which account you cannot get into.

2. Step 2. They give you a temporary password

   Handed to you directly, never sent in a group chat or a text.

3. Step 3. Choose your own password when you sign in

   The system asks for it straight away and will not open patient records until you have set one.
